SPHYGMOCOR
• Configuration CPV: aortic pressure measurement (PWA) plus capability of aortic pulse wave velocity measurement and stiffness analysis or PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity)
• Configuration CPVH: aortic pressure measurement (PWA) plus capability of aortic pulse wave velocity measurement and stiffness (PWV) and heart rate variability measurement.
The SphygmoCor family of products provides tools for non-invasive assessment of the cardiovascular system, focused on central blood pressures, measures of arterial stiffness and autonomic function.
The intended use is to perform a predictive investigation of cardiovascular risks. The family is composed by different configurations, as follow:
• Configuration CP: aortic pressure measurement or PWA (Pulse Wave Analysis)• Configuration CPV: aortic pressure measurement (PWA) plus capability of aortic pulse wave velocity measurement and stiffness analysis or PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity)
• Configuration CPVH: aortic pressure measurement (PWA) plus capability of aortic pulse wave velocity measurement and stiffness (PWV) and heart rate variability measurement.
